I am Chenkai Guo (郭臣凯), a first-year PhD student at Center for Quantitative Biology, Peking University. Previously, I obtained M.S. in Prof.Guangdun Peng (彭广敦)’s Lab at Guangzhou Institutes of Biomedicine and Health (GIBH), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and B.S. at College of Life Sciences from South China Agricultural University (SCAU). My research interests focuses on developing AI/ML algorithms for spatial omics. During my spare time, I enjoy playing billards and listening to EDM music (especially MonsterCat).
